3.What a review should and should not contain
Helpful reviews focus on your actual experience: the quality of the work, customer service, timekeeping and communication, and any issues and how the garage handled them. Please do not include: offensive or inappropriate language; unsupported accusations of bad workmanship; false, misleading or defamatory statements; irrelevant personal comments about staff; personal contact details; or links or promotional material. Your review must also comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
